Departs from the terminus at Oakleigh Railway Station and runs via Portman Street, Shopping Cerntre Subway,Hanover Street, Atkinson Street, Princes Highway (Dandenong Road), Ferntree Gully Road, Burwood Highway and Station Street to Ferntree Gully Railway Station. It then runs via Station Street, Burwood Highway( Monbulk Road ) and Belgrave-Gembrook Road to the terminus at Belgrave Railway Station. ROUTE DEVIATION - MONASH UNIVERSITY: Occasional trips operate as per the above description then via Howleys Road, Normanby Road and Blackburn Road then via regular route. ROUTE DEVIATION - ST JOSEPHS SECONDARY COLLEGE: As of Monday 14th July 2007, the 2:35pm service will depart Oakleigh five minutes early at 2:30pm on School Days Only. From Ferntree Gully Station, this service will travel via Station St, Selman Ave, Brenock Park Drive to pick up St. Josephs Secondary College then travel via Brenock Park Drive, U turn at the roundabout Brenock Park Drive to Burwood Hwy and then travel as normal to Belgrave.

To Oakleigh

Departs from the terminus at Belgrave Railway Station and then runs via Belgrave-Gembrook Road,Burwood Highway( Monbulk Road), Main Street, Morris Road, Burwood Highway, Selman Avenue and Station Street to Ferntree Gully Railway Station. It then runs via Station Street, Selman Avenue, Burwood Highway, Ferntree Gully Road, Princes Highway (Dandenong Road), Atkinson Street, Atherton Road, Station Street, Chester Street and Portman Street to the terminus at Oakleigh Railway Station. ROUTE DEVIATION - MONASH UNIVERSITY: Occasional trips operate as per the above description then deviate via Howleys Road to roundabout at Normanby Road and return to Ferntree Gully Road via Howleys Road then via regular route.
