Departs from the terminus at the corner of Warburton Highway and Upper Blackwood Avenue and runs via Warburton Highway and Maroondah Highway, to Lilydale Railway Station Bus Terminal, then via Maroondah Highway and Black Springs Road to the terminus at Chirnside Park Shopping Centre. ROUTE DEVIATION: Some trips operate via Woori Yallock Estate. SCHOOL DEVIATIONS: Some services operate via local schools, including Oxley College, Maroondah Secondary College, Tintern Church of England Girls Grammar School, Upper Yarra Secondary College, Yarra Valley Grammar and Lutheren College. Some services also operate via Millgrove estate on school days only. ROUTE EXTENSION: Occasional services commence from Whitegum Drive/Woods Point Road, East Warburton and operate to Warburton via Woods Point Road. TICKETING: Metcards are valid for travel between Allsops Road / Wickham Road and Chirnside Park. Travel before Allsops Road / Wickham Road requires a paper ticket purchased from the driver. Note that Seniors Daily tickets are valid for the entire route.

Departs from the terminus at Chirnside Park Shopping Centre and runs via Viewpoint Drive, Edward Road and Maroondah Highway to Lilydale Railway Bus Terminal, then via Maroondah Highway, Warburton Highway to the terminus at the corner of Warburton Highway and Upper Blackwood Avenue, Warburton. ROUTE DEVIATION: Some trips operate via Woori Yallock Estate.
