Bus will travel in the reverse direction on most trips. One trip deviates via Todd Rd and Williamstown Rd then resumes normal route.

Departs from the corner of Acland and Fawkner Streets and runs via Acland Street, Fitzroy Street, Park Street, Patterson Street, Armstrong Street, Richardson Street, Liardet Street, Bay Street, Bridge Street, Williamstown Road, Salmon Street, Lorimer Street, Todd Road, Wharf Road to the terminus in the carpark at the Boeing Factory.
