Departs from the terminus at Thomastown Railway Station (east side) and runs via Station Street, The Boulevard, McKimmies Road, Plenty Road, Clements Drive to the terminus at R.M.I.T. University (Bundoora Campus). NOTE: When R.M.I.T. entrance is closed over holiday periods or otherwise, the terminus will be at the bus stop located in Betula Avenue.

To Thomastown

Departs from the RMIT Bundoora Bus terminus at the corner of Betula Avenue and Plenty Road, then Botanic Boulevard, McKimmies Road, The Boulevard, Beech Street, Alexander Avenue, Station Street to the terminus at Thomastown Railway Station.
