Departs from the terminus in Para Road (Greensborough Railway Station) and runs via Para Road, Main Street, Grimshaw Street, Plenty Road, Settlement Road, Wood Street, Dalton Road and Keon Parade to Keon Park Railway Station. It then runs via Mahoneys Road, Camp Road, Johnstone Street and Pearcedale Parade to Broadmeadows Shopping Square, then via Pascoe Vale Road to the terminus at Broadmeadows Railway Station. ROUTE CHANGES - APRIL 5, 2010: From April 5, 2010 Route 560 will be replaced by the new Route 902 operating between Airport West and Chelsea.
