REGULAR ROUTE: Departs from Essendon Station and runs via Russell Street, Napier Street, Brewster Street, Pascoe Vale Road, Albion Street, Nicholson Street, Stewart Street, Roberts Street and Arthurton Road to the terminus at the corner of Arthurton Road and Ryan Street. SATURDAY AFTERNOON DEVIATION: After 3:00pm on Saturdays the service runs via Fletcher Street instead of Napier Street, Brewster Street and Pascoe Vale Road.

Departs from the terminus at the corner of Arthurton Road and Nicholson Street, and runs via Arthurton Road, Nicholson Street, Ablion Street, Pascoe Vale Road, Brewster Street, Napier Street, Mt Alexander Road, Buckley and Russell Streets to the terminus at Essendon Station.
