Departs from the terminus at Chelsea Railway Station and runs via Station Street, Argyle Avenue, Fowler Street, Bondi Road, Genoa Avenue, Cannes Avenue, Station Street, Nepean Highway and Station Street to Carrum Railway Station. From Carrum Railway Station bus runs via McLeod Road, Valetta Street, Walkers Road, Church Road, Eel Race Road, Whatley Street, Poulson Street, Wright Street, McLeod Road, Myola Street, Palm Beach Drive, Galdesville Boulevard, Thompson Road, Worsley Road, Bangholme Road, Hammond Road, Cheltenham Road, Thomas Street, Scott Street and Robinson Street to the terminus at Dandenong Railway Station. ROUTE DEVIATION - FOSTER STREET: Some trips to Dandenong do not run via Thomas Street. Services instead operate via Cheltenham Road and Foster Street to the terminus at Dandenong Railway Station. ROUTE DEVIATION - MORWELL AVENUE: Some trips to Dandenong run via Kirkham Road, Morwell Avenue and Dalgety Street to resume normal route.
