Departs from the terminus at Hoppers Crossing Station and runs express via Morris Road and Heaths Road to the bus bay at Werribee Plaza Shopping Centre. It then runs express via Heaths Road and Westmill Drive to the corner of Westmill Drive and Willmington Avenue. It will then run via Willmington Avenue, Tarneit Road, Hogans Road and Thames Boulevard to Westgrove Primary School. Bus runs express via Thames Boulevard and Tarneit Road to Manor Road. It then run via Tarneit Road, Railway Avenue, Market Road and Manly Street to the terminus at Werribee Station.
