REGULAR ROUTE: Departs from the terminus at Highpoint Shopping Centre and runs via Rosamond Road, Aquatic Drive, Gordon Street, Edgewater Boulevard, Bracken Avenue, Cumberland Drive, Farnsworth Avenue, Ballarat Road, Moore Street and Irving Street to Footscray Station. Then departs Footscray Station via Irving Street, Albert Street, Pilgrim Street, Bristow Street, Hyde Street, Francis Street, Fehon Street, Canterbury Street and Birmingham Street to Yarraville Station. INDUSTRIAL SERVICE - SUNSHINE PARK TO FOOTSCRAY: Departs from the terminus at the corner of Market and Sunshine Roads at 4:00pm and 4:38pm and runs via Market Road, Somerville Road, Geelong Road, Buckley Street, Nicholson Street and Irving Street to the terminus near Leeds Street.

To Highpoint SC

REGULAR ROUTE: Departs terminus at Yarraville Station and runs via Anderson Street, Fehon Street, Francis Street, Hyde Street, Buckley Street, Nicholson Street and Irving Street to Footscray and where applicable to Highpoint Shopping Centre via reverse of the above route Footscray to Highpoint. INDUSTRIAL SERVICE - FOOTSCRAY TO SUNSHINE PARK: Departs from the terminus in Irving Street opposite Footscray Market (Route 406 stop) at 6:30am and 7:10am and runs via Irving Street, French Street, Paisley Street, Victoria Street, Geelong Road, Somerville and Market Roads to the terminus at the corner of Market and Sunshine Roads. SERVICE EXTENSION - FOOTSCRAY TO UNIVERSITY AND ANGLISS ESTATE TO HYDE STREET PRIMARY SCHOOL: In the AM, departs terminus at Footscray Station and during University Days, runs express to the University then continues via Moore Street picking up Hyde Street Primary School students, then returning to Footscray Station. In the PM, departs Footscray Station Irving Street and runs express to Victoria University then via Moore Street to Footscray Station. (Note: This extension will cease on 26 March, 2010).
