Commences from the Terminus at Bendigo Railway Station then via Railway Pl, Mitchell St, View St, Barnard St, Eaglehawk Rd (High St), Napier St, Seymoure St, Panton St, Peg Leg Rd (Loddon Valley Hwy), Kirkwood Rd to the Terminus in Kirkwood Rd (Sailors Gully Rd End).
