The Victorian Fares and Ticketing Manual contains ticketing information for public transport services in Victoria. It can be downloaded free of charge below or viewed at The MetShop at Melbourne Town Hall (corner of Swanston and Little Collins Streets). Copies of the manual can also be purchased from The MetShop for $5. The document is regularly updated and should be read in conjunction with any updates listed below.
This manual provides detailed information for both customers and staff. Most customer questions in relation to Metcards, including prices, can be answered by visiting the Fares and tickets section.
