This card is issued by the Department of Planning and Community Development (phone 1300 797 210) and is available to permanent residents of Victoria aged 60 or over who work less than 35 hours a week. Please Note: A Commonwealth Seniors Health Card cannot be used as concession ID. |

Victorian Seniors Card holders are entitled to a wide range of concession and free travel on public transport services within Victoria, including:
- Metropolitan concessions
- Sunday Pass
- Seniors off-peak free travel vouchers
- V/Line concessions

Interstate Seniors Cards
Seniors Card holders from other Australian States and Territories are eligible to purchase the following ticket types:
- Seniors Daily Metcards
- Concession Metcards
- Concession V/Line tickets (Peak and Off-Peak) and
- Other concession tickets (Regional City Town bus services)
Note: Interstate Seniors Card holders are not eligible to apply for or use a Seniors Sunday Pass or Sunday Pass, nor are they eligible to apply for or use Seniors Off-Peak Free Travel Vouchers.
Holders of a Commonwealth Government-issued Seniors Health Card are not eligible for public transport concessions in Victoria.
